Fire Alarm Technician
We are actively seeking to hire a full-time/experienced Fire Alarm Technician to install and service commercial fire alarms, other low voltage systems, and address customer needs.
This position offers a competitive wage based on experience, education and certifications. The typical work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Every day you will have the opportunity to do the following:

Installation, programming and service of fire alarm systems.

Ensure all work is performed to NFPA 72 and company standards with quality installations, service, and inspections.

Must be able to walk and climb ladders to safely test fire alarm systems such as smoke detectors, heat detectors and pull stations as needed.

Work within a team of fire alarm technicians and professionals to collaborate, problem solve, and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Work independently when necessary to self-manage and complete jobs within the allotted time.

Complete jobs and daily tasks using company software.

Work in compliance with the company safety policies and procedures to always ensure safety of self and others.

Work with the managers, supervisors, and office staff to ensure a seamless process from scheduling to billing. Strong communication and accurate report completion are a must.

Service and provide preventive maintenance on a variety of low voltage systems.

Ensure compliance with electrical and fire safety codes.

Must be in good physical condition with no limitations.

Must be willing to work outdoors in inclement weather.

Must be able to carry 50 pounds repeatedly, push/pull greater than 100 pounds, and/or safely climb a ladder and reach a height of at least 12 - 24 ft.
Experience:
Fire alarm: 1 year (Preferred)
Low voltage: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
Low Voltage License (Preferred)
Low Voltage Technician

Sales and Service Technician
We are actively seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about providing excellent service and engaging with new people.
The position is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of fire protection systems within commercial facilities. This includes sales, installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of fire protection systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting systems.
Job Duties:

Sell services and products within assigned territory, maintaining assigned sales/service quota and following established guidelines.

Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques.

Present sales presentation and proposal to prospects, identifying positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition.

Follow up with prospects.

Process work orders and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.

Service existing book of business and new customers.
Skill Set:

Proficient computer skills in Windows based software and MS office 2000 or higher.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Good organizational skills.

Strong analytical and mechanical aptitude.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Must possess strong communication, negotiating, and time management skills.

Aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach); customer focused.
