Thank you so much for the upgrades to our alarm system.  The new keypads are working very nicely.  Its especially nice to have one in the master bedroom so that we can monitor the system easier.  I also like having my new fire sprinkler system and some extra wireless smoke detectors on the alarm system.  As a Fire Chief, I realize the importance of these fire protection systems.  I appreciated your responsiveness to coming out and looking at my existing system, giving me recommendations and then a fair quote for the work.  I had previously contacted some other alarm contractors and was disappointed in their responsiveness and ability to do the work desired.  I also appreciate how prompt and efficient you were on appointments and follow-ups.
